APPOINTMENT of Laure Gauthier and Marine Schenfele

CANAL+ STRENGHTENS ITS ESG DEPARTMENT WITH TWO APPOINTMENTS

CANAL+ has decided to strengthen its ESG department with two appointments.

Laure Gauthier has been appointed Head of Sustainability of CANAL+, effective November 18th, 2024. In this role, she will be responsible for deploying CANAL+'s ESG strategy in order to meet the group's heightened obligations. Laure Gauthier will report to Amandine Ferré, Chief Financial Officer of CANAL+ and Member of the Management Board. She was previously Chief of Staff to Maxime Saada, CEO of CANAL+.

Marine Schenfele has been appointed Sustainability Director of CANAL+ Europe, effective November 18th, 2024. She will be responsible for implementing ESG projects at European level and will report to Laure Gauthier. Marine Schenfele will also be appointed Executive Director of the CANAL+ Foundation, currently under creation.

Those appointments strengthen CANAL+’s ESG approach and underline its importance to the group.

A graduate from EMLYON and HEC, Laure Gauthier began her career at CANAL+ in 2016 as Consolidation and Reporting Officer within the group's Financial Services Department. In 2018, she was appointed Financial Controller for CANAL+ France. In May 2022, Laure Gauthier was appointed Chief of Staff to the CEO of CANAL+.

A graduate of Centrale Lille, Marine Schenfele began her career at Ernst&Young. She joined CANAL+ group in 2008 as an internal auditor, then successively held the positions of Financial Controller and Head of Financial Controlling in charge of TV shows and documentaries at CANAL+ France, before becoming Head of Consolidation and Reporting in 2013. Marine joined Dailymotion in 2016 as Director of Financial Controlling and Consolidation. Since 2019, she is CSR Director at CANAL+.
