Appointment of Audrey Richard
AUDREY RICHARD APPOINTED CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER OF CANAL+ GROUP
Audrey Richard will be appointed Chief People Officer of the CANAL+ Group as of 1 December 2023. She will report to Maxime Saada, Chairman of CANAL+ Group, and will also join the Executive Committee of CANAL+ Group.
Audrey Richard is replacing Xavier Broseta, who will soon be leaving the Group to focus on an entrepreneurial project. To help with the transition, Audrey Richard will join the CANAL+ Group from 6 November 2023 and report to Xavier Broseta during this period.
Maxime Saada, Chairman of CANAL+ Group, commented: “On behalf of CANAL+ Group, I would first like to warmly thank Xavier Broseta for the significant work he’s done within the Human Resources Department. I’m sorry to see him leave the Group, but understand his decision. He will be missed by the CANAL+ teams, starting with his own. We wish him every success in his new projects.”
Maxime Saada added: “I’m delighted to welcome Audrey Richard, whose long-standing experience in leading major HR projects, both in France and internationally, will be a major asset for the CANAL+ Group. I wish her every success in this position.”
Audrey Richard has been the Human Resources Director of the Up Group since 2019. She previously held various responsibilities in HR departments in public and private sector companies for over 20 years, in France as well as internationally. At Orange, Capgemini, SNCF and Dassault Systèmes, the variety of her career path has allowed her to address varied, multicultural yet always exciting topics. Audrey Richard is also volunteer president of the National Association of HR Directors (ANDRH), and ensures recognition of the HR management profession within companies and in society. Along with the ANDRH team, she supports HR professionals both in their strategic role and within the operational requirements of daily life. Audrey Richard is also co-author of the book ‘Devenir DRH’, published in 2022.
